We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Certain items, such as gift cards and downloadable software, are non-returnable.
